The 3D3 World training centre was established 14 years ago by George Snow and Catherine Denvir in Tuscany, Italy. They have been awarded a number of media prizes including a special commendation at the Tokyo Video Festival' and an award for Catherine by the Art Directors Club in New York. Her work has recently featured by the New York based 3 by 3 magazine and in a special edition of DPI magazine entitled 'The Age of European Drawing'. They have had 25 years experience in the fields of animation, illustration, graphic design and television production. They have been involved with 3D and multimedia since 1990. They have taught at some of the leading colleges in Europe including the Royal College of Art in London, The Royal Danish Academy, and The Danish Design School in Copenhagen. Their clients include all the major publishing houses and record labels in Britain, the BBC, Channel 4, Cartoon Network and Adobe. George Snow is presently working on the 360 degree virtual reality panorama APES which is to be shown in Den Haag in 2011. The performance will be held in the Gemeente Museum and is curated by Tom van Vliet and endorsed by the Escher Museum in the Hague. Catherine Denvir is presently working on her second illustrated children's book 'The Girl who Loved Paintings'. She has twice won the Adobe Calendar competition and is an external assessor for the graphic design department of the Royal College of Art in London. They also run the BIKE PALESTINE Cycle Tour. If you're interested, and studying in Italy, they also do an hours cycle ride before classes start...! |

| An early success for us was 'I've Been Thinking About You' by London Beat. Directed by George in 1990 it featured some of the earliest 3D animation to be seen on TV. The software he used was Swivel 3D and the rendering was done in PIXAR's RenderMan. | ||
| Another early hit was Jack 'n' Chill's 'The Jack That House Built. It got to number 3 in the UK charts. | ||
| We did a lot of work for the Art of Noise. 'Motorway', which was also a gallery installation shown at Video Brasil and at the Milky way in Amsterdam, was one of my favourites. | ||
Clients include Adobe, Cartoon Network, BBC, Channel 4 (London), Time Warner, Dennis Publishing, Canal +, European Commission, Erisson, Royal College of Art (London), Royal Danish Academy, Danish Design School, Middlesex University, the American School (Tel Aviv), Birzeit University (Ramallah) |
